Debra Armstrong is an Educator, Trainer, and Coach, with over 12 years’ experience as a business leader, educator and trainer.   She has a Bachelor’s in business, a Master’s in Education and is a Certified Coach with ICF (International Coaching Federation) and was also an SBDC advisor in Northern CA. 

 

She has spent the past 10 years working with aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners.  This has included working as the Training Manager at Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, in the San Francisco Bay Area.  While there she helped 100+ aspiring business owners and developed curricula that was used in classes throughout the Bay Area. Debra is also the Co-founder of Kitchen-2-Shelf, the educational arm of NexxtLevel Marketing which she has evolved, with husband Steve, to the NexxtLevel Brands Community.  Debra’s expertise in both Coaching and Training puts her in a unique position to assist entrepreneurs in growing their businesses – as she understands the underpinnings of a ‘business’ – the meat and potatoes of operations, HR and the outward positioning of a brand and of it’s founder and team.
